Live Well Wednesday



I am excited this week. I stepped on the scale this morning and I have lost 2 more pounds!!! WOOHOO!!! So that is a total of 5 pounds. Only 20 more to go!!! Tomorrow being Turkey Day and all I am sure I will eat enough to gain a few of those pounds back. You can't not eat Grandma's cookin'. But I am hoping that I will somehow be able to keep the pounds away.

My goals for this week are to start drinking my water again. I have really fallen off the wagon in that aspect. I know that as Christmas goodies begin to make their way into my office that it will be important for me to drink my water. Also I need to start excersising more often and really get dedicated to it.
